Code of Conduct

Our Service Policy:

Our services must stay and remain on the Elite Hackers website. Any attempt to use our services outside of the website will result in a violation of the Code of Conduct. Joining Elite Hackers for our services and then leaving right away will result in violation of the Code of Conduct. If you get caught or banned from any publisher or company, we are NOT responsible for anything that happens to you, your account, etc.

Members – Admin’s Policy:

Giving away any information strictly for members to any non-member will also result in a violation of the Code of Conduct. Taking advantage/overusing the member/moderator/admin powers without the owner/other admins knowledge will result in violation of the Code of Conduct. Any changes to the website or any other property of Elite Hackers without the admins knowledge is a violation of the Code of Conduct. Releasing information to the general public without the admin knowledge will result in a violation of the Code of Conduct.

General Policies:

We can deny services to members or guests with the approval of the Administrator's Court. Changing your Gamertag DOESN'T mean that you are automatically a member. We can deny any subscriptions if the Administrator's Court approves of it. There are no refunds for any donation(s), download(s), or purchases. Continuation of Chatting or Messaging violations will result in a temporary or permanent mute/ban (This applies to the website and XBL Communication services). Every donation(s), download(s), or purchases are final. All of the United States Laws are applied to this website. Any changes to the Website, XBL services, and/or Code of Conduct can be made WITHOUT notice to the members. (The policies are subjected to change without warning.)

 Administrator’s Court:

Administrator’s court is where the admins decide the punishment or proposals of other members. Every decision made by the Administrator’s Court is final. The members of the Administrator’s Court are chosen by all the owners. A proposal must be brought to the court from an existing Admin, not a moderator or lower.  2/3 of the members of the Administrator’s Court must agree or disagree for the decision to pass. If there is a tie then the decision is put off to the side for 5 days until it can be relooked at. The decision then gets sent to the owners to be accepted or vetoed. If the owners reject the decision then it gets sent back to the Administrator’s Court to be revised. All decisions made by the owners are applied and final.

Violation(s) Of Code of Conduct Policy:

Violation of the Code of Conduct will have severe consequences to the person(s) who have read this Agreement and accepted it. Consequences may include, but are not limited to: Temporary/permanent ban on your website account, blocked communications, rejecting the use of our services, being kicked, and/or banned from the clan. (These are subject to change without warning.)

If you accept these terms then you are agreeing to follow all these policies. If you do not accept these terms then you are not granted our services and privileges.
